Our 2-year warranty

Every PANDHESS chess set is designed for regular use. We provide a 2-year commercial warranty covering manufacturing, material and structural defects occurring under normal use.

What the warranty covers

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material defects resulting from the manufacturing process
  • Structural defects occurring under normal use
  • Issues that prevent the product from functioning as intended

What the warranty does not cover

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Scratches, marks or cosmetic damage resulting from use
  • Accidental damage, impacts or drops
  • Damage caused by misuse or unsuitable care
  • Unauthorised modifications or repairs
  • Damage caused by improper handling, moving or storage
  • Natural variations in the colour, grain or appearance of materials, where applicable

Possible solutions

Depending on the nature of the issue and the circumstances of the claim, we may provide an appropriate solution, such as a repair, replacement part, product replacement or refund where appropriate.

If a return is required for a Product confirmed to be covered by the warranty, PANDHESS will provide the applicable return instructions and cover the required return shipping costs.
